Second part of my daughter's early life's trilogy. I had this ambition of capturing our ever-changing transformation until we become adults. It's a lifetime project for her to remember and reflect upon until she flies solo. It is as much a projection as it is an reflection as a parent. Those early years are precious, very precious. They are very much embedded within our memory but to have a physical apparatus with a sensible editing and a sensitive flow is possibly one of those best presents ever. I know it is because Mayan goes back regularly to her first book. It is also a lot of fun and interest for her younger brother to delve into an era unknown to his existence. Mayan book 2 is coming up soon for her 14th birthday and the whole family is quite excited!
